Francisco Luís Candeias

Nasceu em Lourenço Marques, Moçambique, em 1960. Actualmente a viver no Porto - Portugal.

Artista Plástico de formação autodidacta, começou a desenhar e a pintar regularmente desde a sua adolescência, dedicando-se mais intensamente à aguarela (café solúvel) a partir de 2003.

A pintura de Francisco Luís Reis Marques Candeias traduz a dicotomia pintor-criador que o artista impõe nas suas obras.

Cruzamento contínuo das emoções intrínsecas, a vivência e as constantes descobertas do quotidiano, enquadram a arte que flui serenamente nas telas de Luís Candeias, num equilíbrio que o pintor trabalha em aguarela.
